Laptop on Rent Monthly in Delhi NCR & Major Cities

Every rental from Rentomozo is a monthly plan. A company chooses the laptops, desktops, printers or scanners it needs and pays rent by the month. There are no daily or short-term plans; requirements shorter than a month, such as conferences and trainings, are handled as event orders.

The term depends on the configuration. Older laptops from the 4th to the 11th Gen, the MacBook Air M1, older MacBook Pros, the Mac mini and most printers and scanners run month to month with a one-month minimum. New 12th and 13th Gen laptops, RTX laptops, the Core i5 desktop, most RTX workstations, the MacBook Air M2 and later and most newer MacBook Pros carry a 1-year lock-in, and two printers have a 6-month lock-in. Each product page shows its term.

Rates fall as quantity rises, and 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent. Add-ons such as extra RAM, a larger SSD or a bigger desktop monitor are charged monthly. Business KYC is completed online, and the refundable deposit may be waived for verified companies. Delivery is free in Noida; elsewhere in Delhi NCR a distance-based delivery charge applies, and other cities have a shipping charge.

Minimum period, lock-in and terms

On month-to-month configurations, the minimum rental is one month, after which the plan continues until you return the equipment. On locked-in configurations, the plan runs for the full lock-in: 1 year for new laptops, newer MacBooks and most workstations, or 6 months for the HP LaserJet 1020w and the TSC label printer. The quote states the configuration, quantity, monthly rate for that quantity, deposit, add-ons, delivery charge and lock-in for each line, so finance teams can approve it in one go. The GST invoice names your company and GSTIN so input credit can be claimed where eligible.

Extending, adding or returning

At each month end you can extend, add units for new joiners, or return month-to-month equipment, and units on a lock-in can go back once the lock-in ends. Ask a few days before the month ends so collection or extension can be arranged; we collect the laptops at the end of the term from an office, a floor or a site. Before return, remove laptops from device management, sign out of accounts and wipe company data. Units are checked against the delivery list and the deposit is refunded after the check. Missing chargers or damage beyond normal wear are settled against the deposit or the next invoice.

Pricing, GST and cancellation

Each configuration has a monthly rate that falls as the quantity rises, and the site shows the rate for each quantity tier. 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent and any add-ons, such as an extra 8 GB of RAM, a 256 GB SSD or a larger monitor on a desktop. Delivery is free in Noida; elsewhere in Delhi NCR a distance-based delivery charge applies, and outside NCR a shipping charge, both confirmed on the call. Once an order is placed, cancelling it or refusing delivery costs one month's rent for the order, so confirm quantities before you place it.

Deposit, KYC and invoice terms

A refundable security deposit covers unpaid rent, damage beyond normal wear, missing accessories, late-return charges and loss or theft. For verified companies, it may be waived or replaced with invoice terms. Business KYC is done online before dispatch: a GST certificate or company incorporation documents, an authorised signatory's ID and the delivery contact's details. Registered institutes, NGOs and government offices use their own registration documents. At delivery, the receiver only shows a photo ID; no documents are collected at the door. Once KYC is approved, later orders from the same company move faster.
