If you want one Mac configuration for most of the company, the 16 GB / 256 GB MacBook Air M4 is the easiest answer. It has the Apple M4 chip, 16 GB unified memory, a 256 GB SSD and a 13.6-inch display.
Because the M4 Air starts at 16 GB, the same machine works for a new sales hire, a finance manager, a product lead and a web developer. That simplifies onboarding: IT builds one MDM profile and supports one model across departments. The newest chip in the Air line-up also keeps the fleet current across a twelve-month deployment, which matters for leadership laptops and client-facing roles.
Storage is the deciding factor between the two M4 Air options. The 256 GB version suits staff whose work lives in Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint or Git. People who keep video, large design libraries or offline datasets locally should get the 512 GB version.
The M4 Air is rented on a 1-year lock-in. Rates fall in tiers as quantity rises, which helps when you roll out to a whole team. Business KYC is completed online before dispatch. Your IT team handles MDM enrolment and company Apple IDs; at the end of the term we collect the laptops and factory-reset them.
If you want a single configuration for everyone, yes. It comes with 16 GB as standard, so you avoid under-specifying a role and running out of memory later. The M2 and M3 Airs with 8 GB cost less and suit staff with light, browser-based work. All three are on a 1-year lock-in.
Many companies do, keeping a few 512 GB units for designers or video staff. Rates drop as quantity rises across the tiers, and a single model makes MDM setup and support simpler for your IT team. Confirm quantities and joining dates in the quote so units arrive before onboarding.
Each configuration has a monthly rate that falls as quantity rises, in tiers of 1–5, 6–10, 11–25, 26–50, 51–100 and 100–200 units; the price list shows every tier. Rent is billed per monthly cycle from the date of handover. 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent and shown separately on the invoice, along with any add-ons and the delivery charge where it applies.
A 1-year lock-in applies to new laptops (12th and 13th Gen Core and the RTX laptops), MacBook Air M2 and later, most newer MacBook Pro models, the 12th and 14th Gen RTX workstations and the Core i5 desktop. The HP LaserJet 1020w and the TSC label printer carry a 6-month lock-in. Rent is payable for the full lock-in even if a device comes back early. Everything else runs month to month.
