What we do

Rentomozo rents laptops, office desktops and workstations, printers and barcode scanners to businesses and organisations on monthly plans. Companies, startups, consultancies, institutes, hospitals and government offices across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad choose the configurations they need, complete business KYC online, and the devices arrive at their office, plant, warehouse, campus or venue. When the rental ends, we collect them from the same place. We also ship to business districts in India's major metro cities.

Buying laptops makes sense when your team will use them for years. For a six-month project, a training batch, new joiners who start before purchased hardware arrives, or an audit team on site for a quarter, renting is usually the smarter call. That gap between needing laptops and wanting to own them is the problem we set out to solve.

Who rents from us

We serve businesses and organisations only. We do not rent to individuals in a personal capacity.

Companies and startups onboarding new hires, staffing a project team or covering a gap before purchased hardware arrives.
Consultancies and professional practices, including GST-registered professionals, that need extra machines for audits, client engagements and busy seasons.
Training institutes, colleges and schools equipping labs for batches, programmes and assessments as organisations.
Hospitals, NGOs and government offices running projects, camps and temporary teams.
Event organisers and corporate teams running conferences, trainings, hackathons and launches, booked as event orders.
Design, media and engineering teams that need MacBooks, RTX laptops or RTX desktop workstations for a defined piece of work.
Offices, warehouses and retail counters that need desktops with monitors, laser or ink tank printers, label printers and barcode scanners.

How every device is prepared

Every laptop and desktop is cleaned, factory-reset and tested before it is dispatched, and every printer is tested and goes out with one ink or toner fill, so your team starts with a fresh system. Every returned laptop is factory-reset before its next rental, which removes your accounts, apps and files. We cannot restore anything after the reset, so copy what you need and sign out before return. If a laptop fails during the rental for reasons other than damage or misuse, we replace it within 24 hours in Delhi NCR, or ship a replacement in 3–4 days elsewhere. Software can be pre-installed on request, confirmed with your quote, and IT teams can deploy their own image.

What you can expect

Monthly plans only. Older configurations run month to month with a one-month minimum; new laptops, newer MacBooks and most workstations carry a 1-year lock-in, shown on the price list.
A catalogue listed by configuration, with Windows machines supplied from Dell, HP or Lenovo as available, and rates that fall as quantity rises.
Event orders for needs shorter than a month, such as conferences and trainings, quoted separately. See laptops for events.
Same-day delivery in most of Delhi NCR for orders confirmed before 4 PM. Delivery is free in Noida; elsewhere in NCR a distance-based delivery charge applies, and we collect the devices at the end of the term.
Delivery to other metro cities in 3–4 days, with a shipping charge confirmed on the call.
A refundable security deposit, which may be waived, or replaced with agreed invoice terms, for verified companies, at our discretion.
Business KYC: a GST certificate or company documents, plus the authorised signatory's ID.
GST invoices on every order, issued for each monthly billing cycle, with 18% GST added to the listed rent.

How we work

Prices you can see before you call

Monthly rates for every configuration, at each quantity tier, are published on our rental price list, along with lock-in periods and add-ons such as extra RAM, SSD storage and larger monitors. The rate confirmed in your quote is the rate you pay, plus 18% GST.

Rules written down in plain language

Lock-in periods, delivery charges, cancellation, billing cycles, deposits, extensions, early returns, damage and lost devices are all covered in our Rental Policy, so you know where you stand before you rent rather than after something goes wrong.

Your documents, handled with care

We ask only for the business documents needed to verify a rental, use them only for that purpose, and keep them only as long as the rental and the law require, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The documents required page explains what we ask for and why.
