A barcode scanner on rent helps a business that needs faster billing, receiving or check-in without buying hardware it may only use for a season. Retail stores and pop-up counters, warehouses and fulfilment centres, event organisers running registration, and audit teams counting stock all rent scanners by the month, often alongside a label printer.
The range has three TVS scanners and one label printer. The TVS BS-C101 is a 1D handheld scanner for standard product barcodes on billing counters. The TVS TD-201D Lite is a handheld 2D scanner that reads QR codes as well as barcodes, which suits event check-in and logistics labels. The TVS BS-i302G is a 2D barcode and QR scanner for counters and receiving desks. The TSC TTP-244 Pro thermal printer prints barcode labels and 4×6-inch shipping labels for dispatch.
The TVS scanners run month to month with a one-month minimum, and the TSC label printer carries a 6-month lock-in. Rates fall as quantity rises, and 18% GST is added on top. Delivery is free in Noida; elsewhere in Delhi NCR a distance-based delivery charge applies, and outside NCR a shipping charge, confirmed on the call.
For retail billing on standard product barcodes, the 1D TVS BS-C101 is the simplest option. If you need to read QR codes or 2D codes printed on badges, passes, invoices or courier labels, choose a 2D model, the TVS TD-201D Lite or the TVS BS-i302G. Event check-in, e-ticket validation and many logistics labels need 2D. Tell us your billing or inventory software, the codes you scan and the device the scanner will connect to, and the quote suggests the right model. Test the first unit at one counter before rolling scanners out across every store or bay.
Scanning is half the job in a warehouse; the other half is labelling. The TSC TTP-244 Pro is a thermal label printer that prints product barcodes, shelf labels and 4×6-inch shipping labels. It needs label rolls and, for some label types, a ribbon, which you supply. Share the label size and the software or portal you print from, so the setup can be checked before go-live. The TSC carries a 6-month lock-in, which suits a peak season or a warehouse running for at least half a year, and it can sit on the same order as the scanners.
Retailers add scanners for a new outlet, a festive-season counter or a pop-up store. Warehouses and fulfilment centres use them for receiving, picking and dispatch, and inventory audits by CA firms or stock-audit teams use them to count stock against a system list. Event organisers scan delegate badges or QR passes at registration, and an event shorter than a month is quoted as an event order. Scanners can sit on the same order and GST invoice as laptops, desktops and printers, and the per-unit rate falls as the quantity rises.
TVS scanners run month to month with a one-month minimum, so a two-month audit or a festive season is easy to cover. The TSC label printer has a 6-month lock-in. 18% GST is added to the listed rent. Delivery is free in Noida; elsewhere in Delhi NCR a distance-based delivery charge applies, and outside NCR a shipping charge, both confirmed on the call. Business KYC is completed online, cancelling after the order is placed costs one month's rent, and we collect the devices at the end of the term.
