Busy retail and supermarket billing counters use it where speed at checkout matters. Warehouses and fulfilment centres use it for inward, picking, packing and dispatch scans on 1D and 2D labels. Pharmacies, clinics and hospital desks scan medicine barcodes and QR-coded patient slips, and event teams use it at high-traffic registration and access-control points.

Build a complete station by pairing it with a Core i3 or Core i5 office desktop for billing or inventory entry, and with the TSC TTP-244 Pro label printer for printing barcode and shipping labels. If you only scan linear product barcodes, the TVS BS-C101 is the simpler 1D option, and the TD-201D Lite is a lighter 2D alternative.

How is the BS-i302G different from the TD-201D Lite?

Both read QR codes, 2D and 1D barcodes. The BS-i302G is the higher-grade model, intended for counters and warehouse lines where scanning goes on all day. The TD-201D Lite suits lighter use such as registration desks and smaller counters. Tell us your daily scan volume and we will suggest the right one.

Can we set up complete dispatch stations with scanners and label printers?

Yes. A typical dispatch station combines a BS-i302G scanner, a TSC TTP-244 Pro label printer and a Core i3 or Core i5 desktop. Each item is priced at its own quantity tier and lock-in, and everything is billed on one GST invoice. Share your number of packing lines for a quote.

How is the rent calculated?

Each configuration has a monthly rate that falls as quantity rises, in tiers of 1–5, 6–10, 11–25, 26–50, 51–100 and 100–200 units; the price list shows every tier. Rent is billed per monthly cycle from the date of handover. 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent and shown separately on the invoice, along with any add-ons and the delivery charge where it applies.

Can we add more RAM, storage or a bigger monitor?

Yes, subject to stock. On laptops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹400 a month and an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹400 a month. On desktops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹200 a month, an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹150 a month, and the monitor can be upgraded to 24-inch for ₹200, 27-inch for ₹400 or 32-inch for ₹600 a month. Add-ons are per device, plus 18% GST.
