Bulk laptop rental suits any company that needs a batch of identical machines by a fixed date: an induction class, a client project that starts on Monday, a process floor going live, an audit or migration team, or an office opening before purchased hardware arrives. Quotes cover anything from a 10-seat project room to several hundred units, subject to stock, and one order can mix configurations and add desktops, printers and barcode scanners.
The usual choices are Core i5 laptops for support, operations and training floors, Core i7 16 GB laptops for managers and developers, MacBooks for product and design teams, and RTX laptops or workstations for engineering groups. Identical configurations let your IT team build one image for every machine, and you can name a preferred brand for the quote to confirm.
Rates fall as quantity rises, so larger batches cost less per unit, and 18% GST is added on top. Older configurations run month to month; new 12th and 13th Gen laptops, RTX machines and newer MacBooks carry a 1-year lock-in. The batch sits on one GST invoice. Delivery is free in Noida; elsewhere in NCR a distance-based delivery charge applies, and other cities have a shipping charge.
Send the headcount, the start date, the configuration and the delivery address for each site, plus any brand preference. If joiners arrive in waves, list each wave's date and size so deliveries can be staggered. Allow a day or two between delivery and go-live for your IT team to image the batch and test logins, and ask for one or two spare units on larger orders. The quote confirms stock, delivery dates, the quantity rate for each configuration, any delivery charge and the lock-in that applies. Cancelling or refusing delivery after the order is placed costs one month's rent for the order, so confirm numbers before you place it.
Every laptop arrives factory-reset, so your team can deploy its own Windows or macOS image through Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Jamf or a USB-based process. Each unit carries a serial number and asset label, and the delivery note lists them, which makes it easy to map machines to users in your asset register. For multi-floor offices, share a carton plan by floor and team so the handover can be split at the loading point. The person receiving the batch shows a photo ID and signs for the units. Keep the delivery note with your asset register until the batch goes back.
Month-to-month configurations can be reduced as projects wind down or extended when a client adds scope, with changes taking effect at the month end. New 12th and 13th Gen laptops, RTX machines and newer MacBooks run on a 1-year lock-in, so plan those for seats you expect to keep. Top-ups for new joiners go out as separate deliveries on the same account and can be billed on the same invoice cycle. Before return, remove devices from management, sign out of accounts and wipe company data. We collect the laptops at the end of the term, floor by floor if needed, and check them against the delivery list.
Training institutes, corporate academies and HR teams often rent a full classroom of identical laptops for a programme that runs one or more months. Anything shorter than a month, such as a two-day conference, a hackathon or an assessment drive, is handled as an event order with a minimum quantity, quoted on request; see the events page for how that works. In Delhi NCR, the laptops can be delivered, set out at desks and collected after the programme. Outside NCR, batches ship from NCR and typically arrive in 3–4 days.

Quotes cover anything from 10 units to several hundred, subject to stock at the time of ordering. Larger batches of one configuration need more notice, so share the quantity and start date early. One order can also mix configurations, for example Core i5 laptops for a support floor and Core i7 16 GB laptops for team leads, and the rate falls as each quantity rises.

On month-to-month configurations, you can return part of a batch at a month end as a project winds down. The quote states the term for each line, so a mixed batch can include both kinds.
