The 7th Gen Core i5 is the last generation before Intel doubled core counts in its thin-and-light chips, and it is the most refined of our older Core i5 laptops. Video playback and conferencing are handled more efficiently than on earlier generations, which makes a real difference for teams that spend part of the day on Teams, Zoom or Google Meet.

It suits sales coordinators and admin teams who move between email, sheets and calls, MIS executives preparing daily reports, front offices in clinics, showrooms and service centres, and training rooms where trainers present and trainees follow along. For companies on a tight budget that still want a machine that does not feel dated in meetings, this is often the one we recommend.

The 7th Gen Core i5 is month to month with a one-month minimum and no lock-in. Per-unit rent falls as quantity increases through our tiers. We send Dell, HP or Lenovo units depending on stock, and you can ask for a preferred brand. If a role needs more headroom, add 8 GB RAM or a further 256 GB SSD at a monthly add-on charge. Each order comes with a GST invoice, with 18% GST billed over the rent, and is dispatched after online business KYC.

Our team is on video calls half the day. Is the 7th Gen Core i5 enough?

For standard calls with screen sharing alongside email and documents, yes. It handles conferencing more smoothly than the 4th to 6th Gen units. If people also run heavy spreadsheets during calls, the 8th Gen Core i5, with twice the cores, is the safer pick.

Can we get the same brand for all 15 laptops on our order?

You can request a single brand, and we try to fulfil it from stock. For larger quantities of older generations, availability can be split across Dell, HP and Lenovo. We confirm the brand mix in your quote before dispatch so there are no surprises on delivery day.

How is the rent calculated?

Each configuration has a monthly rate that falls as quantity rises, in tiers of 1–5, 6–10, 11–25, 26–50, 51–100 and 100–200 units; the price list shows every tier. Rent is billed per monthly cycle from the date of handover. 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent and shown separately on the invoice, along with any add-ons and the delivery charge where it applies.

Can we add more RAM, storage or a bigger monitor?

Yes, subject to stock. On laptops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹400 a month and an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹400 a month. On desktops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹200 a month, an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹150 a month, and the monitor can be upgraded to 24-inch for ₹200, 27-inch for ₹400 or 32-inch for ₹600 a month. Add-ons are per device, plus 18% GST.
