Hauz Khas Village has long been home to design studios, small production houses and creative agencies working against client deadlines, while IIT Delhi across Aurobindo Marg anchors research groups, incubated start-ups and departments that need serious computing power. Between them, offices along Sri Aurobindo Marg and in Hauz Khas Market house consultancies and young companies. So a laptop on rent in Hauz Khas, Delhi might be a MacBook Pro M3 Pro for a studio's colour grading, an RTX workstation for a research lab's simulations, or a set of MacBook Air M3 units for a start-up's first hires. Studios usually take a one-month plan for a single project, while labs and start-ups take 12-month terms on the newer machines. A shoot or demo shorter than a month is quoted as an event order.
Picked for the kind of work teams in Hauz Khas usually rent for. Every model on our list can be delivered here on a monthly plan.
Academic and start-up demand follows the IIT Delhi calendar, peaking around funded projects, conferences and summer research. Creative businesses in the village need high-performance machines for specific jobs rather than permanent purchases, since a top-end laptop bought for one edit can sit idle for months. Consultants in the colony rent premium laptops for engagements. The Yellow and Magenta Line interchange at Hauz Khas, with Green Park next door, keeps all of this within a short ride.
Hauz Khas Village is mostly walk-only, so studios should send someone to meet the rider near the entrance. IIT Delhi orders are handed over at the main gate or the department office, depending on campus rules. Aurobindo Marg slows sharply at peak hours. Most confirmed orders arrive same-day, with a distance-based delivery charge confirmed on the call.

Yes, when the order is placed by the lab, department or company. RTX 3050 or RTX 4060 laptops and RTX desktop workstations handle simulations and CAD, and a MacBook Pro 16 M2 Pro suits heavier creative work. These run on a 1-year term with GST invoices, and a failed unit is replaced within 24 hours.
Yes. Studios usually take a MacBook Pro M3 Pro or 16-inch M1 Pro on a one-month plan, our minimum, and extend if the edit runs over. The studio completes business KYC online, and verified firms may have the deposit waived.
Yes, though vehicles cannot enter most of the village. The rider parks near the entrance and walks the order to your studio if the lane allows, or calls someone to meet at the gate. A distance-based delivery charge applies, and bulk orders can be carried up in batches.
