The MacBook Air M3 with 8 GB unified memory and a 256 GB SSD is a current-generation Mac for new joiners whose work is communication, documents and SaaS tools. It gives client-facing teams a newer chip than the M2 Air for the same kind of everyday work. It is rented on a 1-year lock-in, rates drop as quantity rises, and every bill comes with a GST invoice.

The 8 GB MacBook Air M3 is for companies that want their new joiners on a recent Apple chip without paying for memory the role will not use. It has the Apple M3 chip, 8 GB unified memory and a 256 GB SSD.
Good fits are sales and customer success teams, recruiters, HR, admin and finance staff, and anyone whose day is email, video calls, CRM, ticketing and office documents. A newer chip keeps the machine feeling current across a twelve-month deployment, which matters when laptops are part of how a team presents itself to clients. It is not meant for development, large design files or video editing; for those roles the 16 GB M3 Air or a MacBook Pro is the right call, since memory on a Mac cannot be added later.
The M3 Air is rented on a 1-year lock-in, so plan it for permanent roles. For short projects or pilots, the MacBook Air M1 runs month to month. Rates drop in tiers as your order grows, and 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent. Business KYC is completed online before dispatch. Your IT team enrols the Macs in its MDM and manages company Apple IDs; we factory-reset every unit when it comes back.
Both handle email, calls, CRM and documents comfortably. The M3 is the newer chip, so it stays current for longer and suits client-facing staff where longevity matters. The M2 keeps the monthly cost lower for the same everyday work. Both are on a 1-year lock-in, and some companies mix them by department.
Yes. Your IT team enrols each Mac in its own MDM, applies policies and signs users in with company Apple IDs. Before return, remove the Macs from MDM and sign out of Apple ID and Find My, so we can factory-reset them. Units still locked to an account slow down the return check.
Each configuration has a monthly rate that falls as quantity rises, in tiers of 1–5, 6–10, 11–25, 26–50, 51–100 and 100–200 units; the price list shows every tier. Rent is billed per monthly cycle from the date of handover. 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent and shown separately on the invoice, along with any add-ons and the delivery charge where it applies.
A 1-year lock-in applies to new laptops (12th and 13th Gen Core and the RTX laptops), MacBook Air M2 and later, most newer MacBook Pro models, the 12th and 14th Gen RTX workstations and the Core i5 desktop. The HP LaserJet 1020w and the TSC label printer carry a 6-month lock-in. Rent is payable for the full lock-in even if a device comes back early. Everything else runs month to month.
