The LaserJet 1020w keeps the compact size and simple black-and-white laser printing of the classic 1020 but adds Wi-Fi. That means the printer can sit wherever there is a power socket and serve every laptop or desktop on the office network, without being tied to one computer.

It is a practical choice for small teams of a few people, branch and sales offices, reception and admin desks, clinics printing prescriptions and reports, and project offices where staff move laptops between desks. Teams renting our laptops often add one of these so the whole group can print from day one.

The 1020w is rented on a 6-month lock-in, which suits branch offices and projects running for half a year or more. Rates drop as quantity rises if you need printers across several floors or branches. One toner fill is included at the time of delivery. After that, toner and paper are the client's responsibility unless they are part of your quote, so ask us about consumables when you order.

Every unit is cleaned, connected to a test network and test-printed before dispatch. 18% GST is charged on top of the rent, and each order is billed on a GST invoice your accounts team can claim input credit on.

Can laptops on our office Wi-Fi all print to the 1020w?

Yes. Once the printer joins your office Wi-Fi and the driver is installed on each machine, anyone on that network can print to it. We can help connect it at delivery if your IT contact shares the network details on site. Very large teams may prefer several units spread across the floor.

Why does the 1020w carry a 6-month lock-in?

The Wi-Fi model is priced for medium-term use, so the plan needs a minimum of six months. If you need a printer for a shorter period, the USB LaserJet 1020 and our multifunction printers are month to month with a one-month minimum.

How is the rent calculated?

Each configuration has a monthly rate that falls as quantity rises, in tiers of 1–5, 6–10, 11–25, 26–50, 51–100 and 100–200 units; the price list shows every tier. Rent is billed per monthly cycle from the date of handover. 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent and shown separately on the invoice, along with any add-ons and the delivery charge where it applies.

Can we add more RAM, storage or a bigger monitor?

Yes, subject to stock. On laptops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹400 a month and an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹400 a month. On desktops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹200 a month, an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹150 a month, and the monitor can be upgraded to 24-inch for ₹200, 27-inch for ₹400 or 32-inch for ₹600 a month. Add-ons are per device, plus 18% GST.
