The HP LaserJet M1005 puts three everyday office jobs in one compact unit: black-and-white laser printing, photocopying and flatbed scanning. It connects to a computer by USB, and the scanner glass handles single pages, ID cards and bound documents that cannot go through a feeder.

It is a natural fit for accounts and admin desks that copy vouchers and bills, HR teams scanning joining documents, onboarding and KYC desks that need copies of IDs and certificates, clinics and diagnostic centres scanning reports, and site offices that otherwise send documents out for photocopying. Training institutes use it for printing and copying handouts in small runs.

The M1005 is rented month to month with a one-month minimum, with 3, 6 and 12-month terms quoted on request, and rates drop as quantity rises across several desks or branches. One toner fill is included at the time of delivery. After that, toner and paper are the client's responsibility unless they are included in your quote, so ask us about consumables if you would like them arranged.

Each unit is cleaned, and its print, copy and scan functions are tested before dispatch. 18% GST is added to the rent, and every order is billed on a GST invoice.

Can the M1005 scan multi-page documents automatically?

No, it scans from a flatbed glass one page at a time, which is ideal for ID cards, certificates and bound pages. If your team regularly scans multi-page agreements or bills, the HP LaserJet MFP 138fnw has an automatic document feeder and Wi-Fi, which saves time on larger batches.

Does it work on a network or only with one computer?

The M1005 connects to one computer by USB. Printing can be shared from that computer over the office network, but scanning works from the connected machine. For a printer and scanner the whole team can reach directly, choose the Wi-Fi MFP 138fnw.

How is the rent calculated?

Each configuration has a monthly rate that falls as quantity rises, in tiers of 1–5, 6–10, 11–25, 26–50, 51–100 and 100–200 units; the price list shows every tier. Rent is billed per monthly cycle from the date of handover. 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent and shown separately on the invoice, along with any add-ons and the delivery charge where it applies.

Can we add more RAM, storage or a bigger monitor?

Yes, subject to stock. On laptops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹400 a month and an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹400 a month. On desktops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹200 a month, an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹150 a month, and the monitor can be upgraded to 24-inch for ₹200, 27-inch for ₹400 or 32-inch for ₹600 a month. Add-ons are per device, plus 18% GST.
