Most office printers in our range are black-and-white lasers. The Epson L3250 is the one to choose when colour matters. It is an ink tank printer: instead of cartridges, it uses refillable bottles feeding built-in tanks, which keeps colour printing practical for regular office use. It prints, copies and scans from a flatbed, and connects over Wi-Fi so several people can print to it.

Organisations rent it for marketing and sales teams printing proposals and brochures in small runs, training institutes and corporate trainers printing colour handouts, schools printing notices and worksheets for the institution, clinics printing coloured reports, and event and project offices printing signage, badges and schedules.

The L3250 is rented month to month with a one-month minimum, with 3, 6 and 12-month terms quoted on request, and rates drop as quantity rises. One ink fill is included at the time of delivery. After that, ink and paper are the client's responsibility unless they are included in your quote, so ask us about consumables if you print heavily in colour.

Each unit is cleaned, its print heads checked, and print, copy, scan and Wi-Fi tested before dispatch. 18% GST is added to the rent, and every order is billed on a GST invoice.

Is the Epson L3250 suitable for high-volume black-and-white printing?

It can print black-and-white, but for large daily volumes of text documents a laser printer such as the HP LaserJet 1020, Brother HL-2321D or MFP 138fnw is the better fit. Choose the L3250 when colour output for proposals, handouts, charts or signage is a regular need.

Who refills the ink during the rental?

One ink fill is included at the time of delivery. Refills after that are the client's responsibility unless they are included in your quote. The tanks refill easily from bottles, and you can ask us about consumables if you would like ink supplied along with the rental.

How is the rent calculated?

Each configuration has a monthly rate that falls as quantity rises, in tiers of 1–5, 6–10, 11–25, 26–50, 51–100 and 100–200 units; the price list shows every tier. Rent is billed per monthly cycle from the date of handover. 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent and shown separately on the invoice, along with any add-ons and the delivery charge where it applies.

Can we add more RAM, storage or a bigger monitor?

Yes, subject to stock. On laptops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹400 a month and an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹400 a month. On desktops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹200 a month, an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹150 a month, and the monitor can be upgraded to 24-inch for ₹200, 27-inch for ₹400 or 32-inch for ₹600 a month. Add-ons are per device, plus 18% GST.
