The 4th Gen Core i7 is an older laptop with a little more speed than the 4th Gen Core i5 next to it in our catalogue. In business laptops of this generation, the Core i7 typically brings higher clock speeds and a larger cache, which helps with the occasional heavy spreadsheet or a browser with many tabs. With 8 GB RAM and an SSD fitted as standard, it starts up and opens applications quickly.

It remains a cost-focused configuration. We recommend it for companies that need a large number of seats for structured work: inbound and outbound call centres, BPO back offices doing claims or document processing, data entry and digitisation projects, institute labs and billing counters in retail or healthcare. It is not intended for design, development or heavy multitasking.

The 4th Gen Core i7 is month to month with a one-month minimum and no lock-in. Rates drop per unit as quantity increases across our tiers, so a 100-seat floor pays less per laptop than a ten-seat one. Dell, HP or Lenovo units are sent as available, and you can ask for a brand preference. If needed, add 8 GB RAM or 256 GB SSD at a monthly add-on charge. Every order is invoiced with 18% GST on top of the rent, after online business KYC.

Is a 4th Gen Core i7 faster than a newer Core i5?

No. A 4th Gen Core i7 is a little quicker than a 4th Gen Core i5, but an 8th Gen or later Core i5 will outperform it in most office tasks. Choose this configuration for cost-led bulk deployments; choose a newer Core i5 if speed and multitasking matter more.

Can we rent 100 of these for a BPO process that may close after two months?

Yes. There is no lock-in, so a two-month process works on standard monthly billing with a one-month minimum. An order of 100 units falls into one of our highest quantity tiers. We can image all laptops identically and coordinate staggered delivery if your floor opens in phases.

How is the rent calculated?

Each configuration has a monthly rate that falls as quantity rises, in tiers of 1–5, 6–10, 11–25, 26–50, 51–100 and 100–200 units; the price list shows every tier. Rent is billed per monthly cycle from the date of handover. 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent and shown separately on the invoice, along with any add-ons and the delivery charge where it applies.

Can we add more RAM, storage or a bigger monitor?

Yes, subject to stock. On laptops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹400 a month and an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹400 a month. On desktops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹200 a month, an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹150 a month, and the monitor can be upgraded to 24-inch for ₹200, 27-inch for ₹400 or 32-inch for ₹600 a month. Add-ons are per device, plus 18% GST.
