Core i7 11th Gen Laptop (16 GB / 512 GB SSD)
- Intel Core i7
- 16 GB RAM
- 512 GB SSD
A new 12th Gen Core i3 laptop with 8 GB RAM and a 256 GB SSD, supplied by Dell, HP or Lenovo depending on stock. It suits teams that want a fresh, never-used machine for browser-based work rather than raw power: front-office staff, inside sales, HR coordinators, support desks and new joiners on cloud apps. Because it is a new unit, it comes on a one-year lock-in.

The 12th Gen Core i3 is the entry point to our new-laptop range. Intel moved to a hybrid design with this generation, and even the Core i3 feels noticeably quicker than older Core i5 machines in day-to-day work: browser tabs, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, CRM screens, video calls and ticketing tools. With 8 GB RAM and a 256 GB SSD, it boots fast and stays responsive for a single-role user.
We recommend it for companies that want new hardware on every desk but do not need Core i5 or i7 performance. Typical renters are startups onboarding a sales or support batch, HR and admin teams, and businesses replacing an ageing fleet in one go. Units come from Dell, HP or Lenovo as available; tell us if you prefer one brand and we will try to match it, subject to stock.
As a new configuration, it needs a one-year lock-in, billed monthly. Rates step down as quantity rises, so a 30-seat order costs less per laptop than a five-seat one. If a user outgrows the base memory or storage, add 8 GB RAM or 256 GB SSD at a monthly add-on charge. Every order is billed on a GST invoice, with 18% GST on top of the rent, and starts after a quick online business KYC.
For most office work, yes. The 12th Gen Core i3 matches or beats 7th and 8th Gen Core i5 laptops in everyday tasks, and you get a new unit. If your staff run heavy Excel models or several virtual meetings with screen sharing, step up to a 12th Gen Core i5 instead.
This configuration carries a one-year lock-in because the units are new, so the full term applies to each laptop on the order. If you expect headcount to swing, consider mixing in older month-to-month configurations for the uncertain seats and keeping the new Core i3 units for permanent roles.
Each configuration has a monthly rate that falls as quantity rises, in tiers of 1–5, 6–10, 11–25, 26–50, 51–100 and 100–200 units; the price list shows every tier. Rent is billed per monthly cycle from the date of handover. 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent and shown separately on the invoice, along with any add-ons and the delivery charge where it applies.
Yes, subject to stock. On laptops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹400 a month and an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹400 a month. Add-ons are per device, plus 18% GST.
