The 10th Gen Core i5 is one of the most widely deployed corporate laptop generations, and for good reason. It is a quad-core platform with enough speed that users coming from a new office laptop rarely notice a step down in everyday tasks.
We recommend it for teams that work in several tools at once all day: finance and FP&A staff with sizeable Excel files, relationship managers and sales teams switching between CRM, email and calls, recruiters running job portals and ATS dashboards, and project coordinators in Jira, Slack and shared sheets. Developers on lighter stacks, such as web front-ends, Python scripting or QA, also get on well with it, especially with the optional RAM upgrade.
This configuration has no lock-in. It is month to month with a one-month minimum, which suits companies scaling a team for a quarter or covering a hiring wave before purchased laptops arrive. Per-unit rent falls as your quantity crosses each tier. We ship Dell, HP or Lenovo units depending on stock, and a preferred brand can be requested. Add 8 GB RAM or 256 GB SSD for a monthly add-on charge. You receive a GST invoice with 18% GST over the rent, and business KYC is done online before dispatch.
Yes, that is a common use. There is no lock-in on this configuration, so you can rent for a month or two and return units as your own laptops arrive. Return dates are planned with us in advance, and billing runs monthly until each unit is collected.
Both are quad-core, but the 10th Gen is generally a little quicker, with refinements in memory support and clock speeds. For large workbooks, pivot tables and Power Query refreshes, the 10th Gen feels snappier. Pair it with the 8 GB RAM add-on if your analysts keep several large files open.
Each configuration has a monthly rate that falls as quantity rises, in tiers of 1–5, 6–10, 11–25, 26–50, 51–100 and 100–200 units; the price list shows every tier. Rent is billed per monthly cycle from the date of handover. 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent and shown separately on the invoice, along with any add-ons and the delivery charge where it applies.
Yes, subject to stock. On laptops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹400 a month and an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹400 a month. On desktops, an extra 8 GB RAM is ₹200 a month, an extra 256 GB SSD is ₹150 a month, and the monitor can be upgraded to 24-inch for ₹200, 27-inch for ₹400 or 32-inch for ₹600 a month. Add-ons are per device, plus 18% GST.
