The 16-inch MacBook Pro M4 Pro is the flagship desk machine for creative and engineering teams. It has the Apple M4 Pro chip with a 14-core CPU and 20-core GPU, 24 GB unified memory, a 512 GB SSD and a 16-inch display.
This is the configuration for people whose work is both heavy and constant. Senior editors cutting long-form or multicam projects, colourists, motion and 3D designers, and engineers compiling large native apps or running several containers all benefit from the combination of a 20-core GPU, 24 GB memory and a large screen. Data scientists working with local models and sizeable datasets also use it as a single-machine workstation.
Compared with the 14.2-inch M4 Pro, it trades portability for screen space. If your senior staff mostly work at one desk or in an edit suite, the 16-inch is the better daily tool; if they travel to shoots and client reviews, the 14.2-inch is easier to carry.
The 512 GB SSD holds active projects; raw footage and archives belong on shared or external storage. This MacBook Pro is rented on a 1-year lock-in, with rates that fall in tiers as quantity rises. Business KYC is completed online before dispatch. Your IT team handles MDM enrolment and Apple IDs, and each laptop is factory-reset on return.
For editors who spend the whole day on long or multicam timelines, yes. The 20-core GPU and 24 GB memory keep playback and exports smooth, and the 16-inch screen fits more of the timeline. Junior editors on short clips can use the MacBook Pro M4 or the 16-inch M2 Pro at a lower monthly cost.
This configuration carries a 1-year lock-in, so it suits permanent edit and engineering roles. For a project with a fixed end date, the MacBook Pro 16-inch M1 Pro and the MacBook Pro M3 Pro are rented month to month with a one-month minimum and handle professional editing well.
Each configuration has a monthly rate that falls as quantity rises, in tiers of 1–5, 6–10, 11–25, 26–50, 51–100 and 100–200 units; the price list shows every tier. Rent is billed per monthly cycle from the date of handover. 18% GST is added on top of the listed rent and shown separately on the invoice, along with any add-ons and the delivery charge where it applies.
A 1-year lock-in applies to new laptops (12th and 13th Gen Core and the RTX laptops), MacBook Air M2 and later, most newer MacBook Pro models, the 12th and 14th Gen RTX workstations and the Core i5 desktop. The HP LaserJet 1020w and the TSC label printer carry a 6-month lock-in. Rent is payable for the full lock-in even if a device comes back early. Everything else runs month to month.
